4. Orders & Payment

Payments must be made in full before dispatch unless agreed under a trade credit account.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Fleet Safety Direct is not liable for delays caused by couriers or external factors.

6. Returns & Refunds
