Refund policy

At Fleet Safety Direct, we take pride in supplying high-quality vehicle safety and telematics products. We understand that, on occasion, you may need to return an item. This policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

  • Special-order or customised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email returns@fleetsafetydirect.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review and authorise the return if eligible.

  3. Return the item to the address provided, using a tracked delivery service.

  4. Include a copy of your return authorisation or packing slip inside the parcel.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7 working days of return approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photographs and a description of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.

5. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for incorrect or unwanted items, subject to stock availability and return conditions. Additional charges may apply for price differences or shipping.

6. Trade Account Conditions

For Trade Silver and Trade Gold members, extended return periods and priority handling may apply. Please refer to your membership benefits or contact your account manager for more information.
