Shipping policy

Effective Date: 15th August 2025

At Fleet Safety Direct, we are committed to delivering your fleet safety products quickly, securely, and at competitive shipping rates. This policy outlines how we handle shipping across the UK and Europe for our trade customers.

1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are processed the same working day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched, including tracking details (if applicable).

2. Delivery Options & Times

UK Mainland

  • Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days

  • Next-Day Delivery: Available on most items if ordered before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

  • Bulk or Palletised Deliveries: May take 2–5 working days, depending on location and order size

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands

  • Delivery may take 2–4 additional days

  • Some courier surcharges may apply

Europe (Trade Orders Only)

  • Delivery times: 3–7 working days depending on destination

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Trade Silver and Trade Gold members may receive discounted or free shipping as part of their membership benefits.

  • Oversized or heavy goods may incur additional delivery fees, notified at checkout or via email.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or through your Fleet Safety Direct account dashboard. Please allow a few hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

If your delivery is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@fleetsafetydirect.com. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Click & Collect (Coming Soon)

We are working to introduce a Click & Collect option for local trade partners. Stay tuned for updates.
